Volunteer Information and Forms

If you are considering becoming a Position Volunteer at Purchase Line School District, please review the requirements detailed in the "Checklist for Volunteers" document available below.

A Position Volunteer is an adult applying for or holding an unpaid position with the school or a program, activity or service, as a person responsible for the child’s welfare or having direct volunteer contract with children. Examples include, but are not limited to, parent volunteers, coaching volunteers, and activity volunteers.

Please note that the PLSD Volunteer Policy Review Training and Position Volunteer Form (available below) must be completed annually by all new and returning volunteers.
